Sunday Services

At Solomons United Methodist Church we enjoy a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining our tradition. People come dressed in jeans to suits – so dress as you choose.

We worship at 10am on Sundays. The service is a blend of traditional and contemporary worship styles — music, scripture translations, reflection pieces, and communion liturgy. We share joys and concerns, have time with our children, and hear a sermon. We celebrate communion each Sunday.

A note about Communion: As United Methodists, we welcome ALL to the table. Children are welcome to receive the sacrament. Those who haven’t been in church for a long time or never are welcome too. We believe that the Holy Spirit works through the prayers and our willingness to come.

There is a staffed nursery for Sunday morning services.
